Your mods folder maybe okay but have you checked the modsettings. Also make sure to install BG3 patch 3 mod fixer. Still works. Do you have steam version of your game? If so please go to your steam library, go to BG3 settings, and find where the local files are. They are probably inside steam folders. I check all three programs but none show disabled.

I'm aware that the solution would be to just download manually and install from file, but if there is anything I could try to fix it that would be great. Once again, sorry if this is the wrong form to report this potential bug.
A very painfully slow experience as downloading anything at that speed takes a long time, and I know it's not my internet connection because if I download manually I don't have this problem.
